If you live in Daytona Beach or the surrounding areas, you’ve most likely heard or seen the name Mori Hosseini.
In this spotlight, we’ll take a look at Mori’s business, civic, and community accomplishments and honors, and we’ll also give you the inside scoop on what makes this successful businessman tick.
It’s no small accident that all of our communities are located in Florida.
If you haven’t figured it out already, we think it’s pretty great.
But while most people focus on the weather when talking about why they love Florida (you got us…we love that too!), we have a few other reasons why we love it and think you will too.
From April 26 – May 4, visitors and residents of Northeast Florida began their search for a new home at the annual Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Parade of Homes. We are honored again to announce that our Jacksonville division recently received three Gold Awards and one Silver Award!

With Mother’s Day fast approaching, most of us take a few minutes and reflect on our moms and the other mother figures that have made a positive impact on our lives.

From March 22 through March 30, our 6 model home entries were toured by the public as well as Volusia Parade of Homes judges. On April 4, 150 people attended the Parade Awards Gala at the LPGA International clubhouse.
As we have in past years, ICI Homes brought home the hardware in 2014. Here’s a look at the awards we won:
