ICI Community Tennis Director Named Pro of the Year
The United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and the United States Tennis Association (USTA) held their annual and semi-annual conventions jointly recently at the Club Med Sandpiper Bay in Port St. Lucie. Over 300 attendees convened for a conference of meetings, seminars, on-court presentations, and awards recognizing outstanding contributions to the tennis industry and both organizations.

Northeast Florida Parade of Homes 2014
From April 26 – May 4, visitors and residents of Northeast Florida began their search for a new home at the annual Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Parade of Homes. We are honored again to announce that our Jacksonville division recently received three Gold Awards and one Silver Award!

The city of Port Orange, FL was founded on April 26, 1867, exactly 147 years ago today! We thought it would be the perfect day to give a photo tour of our Port Orange community, Waters Edge.
Volusia Parade of Homes 2014 – Results Are In!
From March 22 through March 30, our 6 model home entries were toured by the public as well as Volusia Parade of Homes judges. On April 4, 150 people attended the Parade Awards Gala at the LPGA International clubhouse.

Sneak Peek: Tamaya Amenity Center
The Vision Center at Tamaya officially opened this past Saturday, March 22, for pre-scheduled VIP tours. While models were not yet ready to tour, guests received the first look at future plans for the community and floor plan information by a touch screen visual presentation.
