The Vision Center at Tamaya officially opened this past Saturday, March 22, for pre-scheduled VIP tours. While models were not yet ready to tour, guests received the first look at future plans for the community and floor plan information by a touch screen visual presentation. The demand for new homes significantly surpassed the expectations as several lots have already been reserved!
During the presentations in Jacksonville, FL, a favorite topic among guests was the impressive Amenity Center.
First look at the zero entry pool behind the clubhouse
As the crown jewel of Tamaya, the grand community center will serve as the centerpiece for a rich mix of activities including dining, meeting, fitness, swimming, tennis, basketball and all-around gathering and relaxing.

Adjoining recreational areas feature a spa, garden, four tennis courts and a resort-style, zero entry pool, stunning pavilion flanked by roman-style aqueducts and a cozy pool cabana bar; all surrounded by courtyards, pathways and a massive event lawn for community-centered activities.
Keep in mind that the only way you can take advantage of pre-construction pricing is through a scheduled VIP appointment.
