The October 2025 Homebuyer Outlook report from Zonda, a company specializing in data and digital information resources for the new residential-construction industry, revealed more than half of the community amenity searches on its consumer site, NewHomeSource.com, involved swimming pools.

That’s a big increase from 30 percent in the first half of 2024, per the report.
