Community Spotlight: Exploring Tidewater

Tidewater

Seeking a new custom Florida home in the metro Jacksonville area? We at ICI Homes suggest Tidewater.

This master-planned community north of the city boasts an unbeatable location. Sited near scenic Clapboard Creek, Tidewater offers serene surroundings, yet it’s only minutes from Northeast Florida’s top destinations.

And here’s why potential buyers keen on the Jacksonville area should check it out: Tidewater’s newest phase is open. Read on for more about this extraordinary residential opportunity.

Meet Tidewater

Tidewater is an established community filled with beautiful homes, welcoming neighbors, and full amenity facilities. There’s no waiting until the swimming pool gets built! It’s already there and is a stunner, we might add.

So are the giant live oaks that surround it, the waterways that course through it, and the coastal forest and landscaping that give Tidewater its environmental appeal. Even the gated entrance fits its low-country surroundings. The gates’ criss-cross designs echo classic farm fencing.

Tidewater Resident Amenity

And, the Residents Club keeps the theme going with more regional architecture that features metal roofing, gables, quaint shutters, and plenty of windows. It hosts expansive social areas and a fitness center, and anchors the resort-style swimming pool and sun deck. Nearby are a fun playground and basketball court.

ICI Homes is building on 80-foot lots in Tidewater’s newest phase and buyers can choose from plenty of versatile floor plans. Options range from 1,800 to more than 3,500 square feet, with combinations of three to five bedrooms, a minimum of three bathrooms, and two- or three-vehicle garages.

Looking to move quickly, or don’t want to wait on a new build? Cruise through Tidewater’s inventory of homes. If you do build, ICI Homes has more than four decades as Florida’s Custom Home Builder. Our talented floor plan designers can tweak any of our plans to fit your household’s specific needs.

Where it is

Tidewater is just north of downtown Jacksonville and the iconic Napoleon Bonaparte Broward Bridge over the St. Johns River.

If you’re heading north on Interstate 295, cross the bridge and take the New Berlin Road exit. Head north again. At the intersection of New Berlin and Cedar Point Roads, turn right and head east on Cedar Point. Look for Tidewater on your right.

If you’re heading south on I-95, or arriving at the Jacksonville airport, exit at Airport Center Drive (or stay on it after leaving the airport). Head east. Airport Center Drive becomes New Berlin Road, which eventually becomes Cedar Pointe Road. Stay on Cedar Point and find Tidewater on your right.
