Community Spotlight with Lynda Winters at Nobel in eTown

Truly customer-facing
A three-year veteran of ICI Homes, Winters’ experience makes a difference. She’s worked in the real estate industry for 18 years, and began pre-selling homes at Nobel in eTown before models were finished, resuming on-site when Nobel opened in spring 2020.
“For me, one of the things that makes me special is the relationship I build with my customers when they walk in the door,” Winters says. “I really take the time to listen and understand what they’re looking for — what their problems are in their current home — and try to come up with a solution. I really want to make a difference when that person comes through the door.”
A recent response on a customer-service survey enthused about not only finding a great community, but also a new friend in Winters, who credits co-workers with the same mindset. Realtors love working with Lynda Winters, too, and made sure to let us know in a recent Google review.
“A lot of times when they walk in the door, their guard is up,” she says of customers. “My goal is to really help them to understand what we’re going to do — we’re going to simplify the process. We’re going to take it at their pace.”

ICI Homes’ most popular floor plans are the one-level, 1,808-square-foot Capri and the two-level 2,281-square-foot Monroe — which are also the model homes. “Buyers typically buy what they see if they like it, and they’re just beautifully laid out,” Winters says. “The Capri has 12-foot ceilings that are included in the base price. And then, in the Monroe, when you come into it, it’s really open. That’s what people love about it.”

“Amazing,” Winters says, detailing two swimming pools, a high-tech fitness center with an outdoor yoga lawn, a rooftop patio, playground, event lawn, dog park and recharging area.
“I love what I do, and I think if customers just come out and take a look at eTown, they’re going to be so impressed they did,” she says.
