ICI Homes Rocks the 2021 Laurel Awards

The 2021 Laurel Awards banquet was “Rock of Ages” themed, and we are happy to report that we ROCKED this year’s event, claiming 20 individual awards. Our 2021 achievements including Gold Awards honoring our homes, and Million Dollar Circle Awards honoring our hard working sales associates.

Each year, the Northeast Florida Builders Associationand affiliates host the Laurel Awards, a banquet to honor the achievements of Northeast Florida home builders and others in the real estate industry over the past year.

Gold awards

1. The Egret VII at Settler’s Landing in Nocatee won Best Single Family Home 2,501 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.
2. The Egret V at Tidewater won Best Single Family Home 3,001 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft.
3. The Serena at Oakmont won Best Outdoor Living Space Priced under $25,000.
4. Also located in Oakmont, the Arden won Best Outdoor Living Space Priced $75,000 to $100,000.
