The 2022 Northeast Florida Building Association Parade of Homes was held from April 23 – May 8 with the awards gala taking place on May 12th. ICI Homes participates in the “Parade of Homes Jax” every year and was honored to once again be awarded for our excellence in homebuilding by NEFBA.

We are proud to announce that we were awarded two Silver Awards and a prestigious Gold Award for our model homes in our Northeast Florida communities.

The Costa Mesa at Amelia National – 2022 Northeast Florida Parade of Homes Gold Award
