Here’s a public service announcement to house hunters seeking a new custom Florida home in the Orlando area: head southeast of the City Beautiful to Lake Nona.
Lest you think it’s an obscure area with an aggravating commute, it’s absolutely not. Lake Nona is Orlando’s top master-planned community, sited on the city’s southeast flank and only minutes from world-famous tourist attractions, Orlando’s bustling downtown, Orlando International Airport and major thoroughfares.
Convenience is one of Lake Nona’s calling cards, but hardly the only one. There’s much to enjoy about living here and we at ICI Homes can vouch for it. Why Lake Nona rocks

Another factor? Convenience. Lake Nona’s just south of State Road 417, also known as the Central Florida Greenway, which connects with all major Orlando-area traffic arteries.
