Start by contacting one of our online sales consultants via live chat or email, or dial them up at 844-349-6401. One of these knowledgeable, friendly pros will respond expediently, and schedule an appointment to hear all about your search for a new custom home.
They’ll give you the 411 on ICI Homes’ own master-planned communities and those where we’re preferred builders. Since we’ve built new custom Florida homes all over the state for more than four decades, chances are you’ll find us in all the places you’d like to be.
Your online sales consultant then schedules a convenient-for-everyone virtual appointment with an onsite sales associate at the community you’re most keen on. Invite your spouse, partner, realtor if you have one. Your mother-in-law (we’re kidding!).
What to expect
Live online meetings are part of professional and personal connections these days, but if you don’t have much experience with them, don’t worry. The onsite sales associate will email you and others joining you — if they’re at another location — a link to connect to the live virtual appointment. The sales associate will be on-camera, but don’t feel as though you must be.
