Don’t sweat the topography, shape, or size challenges of the lot you currently own. If you love it and it checks some boxes on our end, our talented designers at ICI Homes Custom Homes can help you find or design a home you love, that fits your unique lot.
What are those necessary boxes? One, your lot will need a completed survey. Two, if it’s in a community, find out if there are neighborhood restrictions. Three, your lot should be within range of an ICI Homes division. This brings us to…
Even if it’s not near anything else?
A secluded new home works well for many people who value privacy over a community lifestyle. If that’s your priority, we’ll help you achieve it. But your middle-of-nowhere needs to be reasonably near our resources. This is for practicality’s sake; timely access to building supplies and crews, for example.
Odds are excellent your lot can fit those criteria. ICI has built new custom Florida homes all over the state for more than four decades, and we currently build in the Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Tampa regions.
Totally! We can tap a network of real estate professionals who can “land” the right lot for your new custom home. It’s also possible to build your dream home in one of our master-planned communities. We’ll help you choose one of our award-winning floor plans for that community, or use one as a jumping-off point to draw something unique to your needs.
