In fact, digital real estate giant Zillow tabbed Tampa as No. 1 and Jacksonville as No. 2 in the company’s annual predictions for the Top 10 Hot Housing Markets in the new year. Rounding out this year’s top five were Raleigh, North Carolina, San Antonio, Texas and Charlotte, N.C., respectively. Nashville, Tennessee, Atlanta, Georgia, Phoenix, Arizona, Orlando, Florida and Austin, Texas completed the top 10, respectively.
Always one of the United States’ top residential destinations, Florida has welcomed millions of new residents during the past couple years’ pandemic-influenced influx, and that’s not expected to change in 2022.
