Whether on lighted courts at night, or under that famous Florida sunshine, the state’s mild climate is perfect for year-round tennis play. Florida’s natural beauty fosters an active lifestyle, and an environment that showcases outdoor sports and sporting events.
ICI Homes communities incorporate many of these favorites amenities. Expect parks, playgrounds, hiking and cycling trails, and golf and tennis facilities, among others. If you enjoy the spectator side of tennis, numerous professional, amateur and collegiate-championship tournaments are played here each year.
For hardcore players, the Florida Tennis Center — a 24-court facility in Daytona Beach — and the United States Tennis Association’s new 63-acre, 100-court “home of American tennis” complex in southeast Orlando are only a backstroke away from many IICI Homes communities.
Many communities offer courts or a club as part of their amenities. What better way to sharpen your strokes than to walk, bike or drive the quick distance to your own community courts? The Amelia National community offers just such a place.
Located in ICI Homes’ Amelia National Country Club, the Tennis Club has both the facilities and accompanying action that can tempt any level of player. Amelia National Country Club is in Fernandina Beach in northeast Florida, which is near beautiful Amelia Island. This is vacation lifestyles and country-club living.

All of our courts are open until 10 p.m., seven days each week.
Players can enjoy a 1,500-square-foot club building with a wraparound deck for court views. A full-service pro shop is on the premises, as are resident USTA pros.

The Amelia National Country Club keeps a nonstop schedule. Social events, clinics, lessons and tournaments are among the regular entries on its calendar. Adult leagues — USTA, inter-club and local — abound, along with junior leagues and summer camps.
