More than 17 years after we began building in the Waters Edge residential community, we are now selling homes in the final phase!
When complete, the 600-acre community will have more than 1,400 houses, including the 98 lots under construction in Phase 12.
Late last year, realtors and brokers got the first look at the Tequesta, the new model home located at 6901 Vintage Lane in Port Orange. Homes in the final phase will be conveniently located near the southern entry to off Pioneer Trail. This phase features 60-foot wide lots as the standard size, with a few over-sized lots having 70 or 80 feet.
The Tequesta, which currently serves as the community’s sales center, is a two-story house with 3,031 square feet of living space. The upper floor includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a loft. The lower floor offers more than 1,200 square feet of family living space including a combined living and dining area and a large family room abutting the kitchen. The new model also has a digital touch-screen table where potential homebuyers can zoom in and out to view the community, layouts, floor plan details, and other home information.
We’re offering eight floor plans – the Victoria, Generation, Arden, Caroline, Tequesta, Catherine, Juliette, Adrianna (coming soon) – ranging in size from 1,850 to 3,540 square feet, with prices that start in the mid-$200s and run as high as the mid-$300s.
