The city of Port Orange, FL was founded on April 26, 1867, exactly 147 years ago today! We thought it would be the perfect day to give a photo tour of our Port Orange community, Waters Edge.
Waters Edge is a family-friendly community, conveniently located off Airport Road in Volusia County. Excellent (all A-rated!) schools, medical facilities, restaurants and shopping nearby give residents easy access to the best that Port Orange and Daytona Beach have to offer.
As you drive down Airport Road, you’ll notice the grand entrance leading into Waters Edge, featuring impressive fountains and pristine lakes.

Waters Edge is known as one of the most family-friendly communities in Port Orange. Catering to families with children of all ages, amenities include walking and bike trails, a children’s playground, basketball and tennis courts, and a soccer field.

You will also find one of the most prestigious gated neighborhoods, Covendale, within Waters Edge, featuring luxury estate homes.
