Tampa, Fla. – Newland Communities has selected ICI Homes to develop custom-built homes along FishHawk Ranch’s pristine community lake. The Daytona Beach-based luxury and custom-design homebuilder is expected to open its model home in late summer or early fall 2015, with presales beginning in September 2015.
