ICI Homes is proud to share exciting national recognition that reflects who we are and what we stand for as a Florida based custom homebuilder.

At this year’s International Builders’ Show in Orlando, ICI Homes received two Silver Awards at The Nationals, the National Association of Home Builders’ largest and most prestigious awards competition. These honors celebrate excellence across the homebuilding industry, from design and innovation to community impact.

For us, these awards represent something even more meaningful. They reflect our commitment to building outside the box, enhancing lives, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Silver Award: Building Industry Community Spirit

At our Oakmont community in Gainesville, ICI Homes was honored with a Silver Award in the Building Industry Community Spirit category for our ICI Homes for Hope initiative.

Through this effort, ICI Homes and our industry partners designed, built, and sold a custom home with one purpose in mind: giving back. The sale generated $210,000 in proceeds, allowing us to donate $52,500 each to four local organizations:

Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at UF Health
Junior Achievement of Alachua County
Pace Center for Girls Alachua
The Rex & Brody Foundation

Each of these organizations plays a vital role in research, education, youth empowerment, and community support throughout the Greater Gainesville area.

ICI Homes for Hope reflects our belief that homebuilding should create more than beautiful places to live. It should create lasting impact. When we say we enhance lives, we mean it.

Silver Award: Best Lifestyle Program for a Community

ICI Homes, alongside our partners at David Weekley Homes, also received a Silver Award for Best Lifestyle Program for a Community at Seven Pines in Jacksonville.

From the beginning, the vision at Seven Pines has been clear: create a place where neighbors feel connected from the moment they arrive.

The lifestyle program is intentionally diverse and welcoming, offering events and experiences for every stage of life. Residents enjoy bingo nights and mixers, sip and strolls and happy hours, live music and art nights, yoga and wellness events, cupcake decorating, and holiday celebrations.

The signature tradition, Pine-o-neer Day, honors the land’s legacy while creating new memories for today’s families.

Seven Pines is home to multigenerational households, young families, professionals, and active retirees. The programming is designed to bring people together, build traditions, and foster a true sense of belonging.
