Second on the list was Pleasanton, California, followed by Isle of Palms, South Carolina in third, Lawrence, New York in fourth, Weston, Connecticut in fifth, Jackson, Wyoming in sixth, Avon, Colorado in seventh, Hinsdale, Illinois in eighth, Jamestown, Rhode Island in ninth and Cannon Beach, Oregon in 10th.
