Parade of Homes Jax Magazine Features ICI Homes Homeowners
The Parade of Homes are a series of regional open house events that take place around the country every year. ICI Homes participates in these events in the areas in which we build. In 2019, we entered homes in the Tampa, Jacksonville, Volusia County, and Flagler County area Parade events and are proud to announce that we brought home 19 total awards from these events. The Parade of Homes Jax event takes place August 29th – September 13th this year. So, while our Parade awards this year have not yet been announced, we are excited to share that we have received another kind of honor: our home buyers are on the cover of the Parade of Homes Jax magazine!
The cover story
The Parade of Homes Jax is hosted by the Northeast Florida Builders Association, or NEFBA, and primarily sponsored by Nocatee. Nocatee is one of the best selling communities in North America, and ICI Homes is a long-standing preferred builder in the community! We have built homes in several Nocatee subdivisions, including The Settlement at Twenty Mile. The Settlement is where you’ll find the Griffith family, who have the honor of being the Parade of Homes Jax magazine cover story.
Aaron and Lauren Griffith, along with their young twin girls, love their ICI home and their community. We think this quote from the magazine article sums up why the Griffith family chose to “Settle Down in The Settlement” in one of our showcase homes perfectly:

A word from the sales associate
ICI Homes sales associate, Kelly Nowak, has sold new ICI Homes across the many Nocatee subdivisions as well as our Jacksonville community of Tamaya. She was excited to learn that her buyers, who have become her friends, were featured on the cover of the Parade of Homes Jax magazine! Here is what she had to say:
I was so excited to see my buyers on the Parade Of Homes brochure as the cover family. We had an instant connection when they walked through the model on their first visit to the Settlement and they knew they found their community. I had the perfect showcase home for them; it fit all of their needs and they loved it. Their twin girls would stop by the model to say hi on evening walks and Lauren would share how much they love their home. I didn’t just help them find a house, I built a relationship helping them choose their community and a place to create memories, this is an example of how I love what I do!
