Visiting a model home and hearing a salesperson describe exactly how builders can shift this room, or enlarge that pantry, helps your ideas come to life.
Visit Our Design Centers
We have three! They’re located in Jacksonville and Daytona Beach with smaller centers in the greater Orlando area and Tampa. New buyers typically visit a builder’s design center to pick out products and interior materials and finishes after they’ve bought a home and building is underway. But, if you’re only at the contemplation stage of deciding on a new custom home, you’re more than welcome to visit an ICI Homes design studio and circle up our talented experts for advice. They can walk you through decorative customization possibilities and give you feedback and guidance on future choices, once you buy. Sometimes it’s best to know months in advance that those cutting-edge, super-sleek kitchen cabinets you’re envisioning will be too much of a pain to clean.
