ICI Homes swept the annual Laurel Awards competition, receiving numerous awards including the prestigious Grand Laurel award.
Presented by the Northeast Florida Builder Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, the Laurel Awards is an annual competition recognizing sales, marketing and design excellence.
ICI Homes received Laurel awards in several categories including:
- Best Architectural Design in the $300,001 to $400,000 (detached) category for the Vienna at Tamaya.
- Best Architectural Design in the $650,001 to $700,000 (detached) category for the Marabella at Tamaya.
- Best Architectural Design in the $850,001 to $900,000 (detached) category for the Biltmore II in Twenty Mile at Nocatee.
- ICI Homes Sales Manager Lisa Sarraf received the Sales Manager of the Year award.
The company’s Million Dollar Circle Awards include ICI Homes’ sales associates Cindy Voyles, Andrea Meade Johnson, Emily Thompson, Juliana Toohey, Tom Koulermos, Georgia Bosso and Gayle Fremont.
