ICI Homes is now accepting appointments for community and model tours!
Each home in the Lake Houses development will be situated on unique wooded sites near FishHawk Ranch’s award-winning Lake House, and provide picturesque views of oak tree groves and the community lake. Homes will range from 2,400 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet and showcase outstanding indoor/outdoor living amenities.
Boasting five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the nearly 6,000 square-foot, two-story Shenandoah showcase home by ICI Homes celebrates traditional and modern architectural styles with a decidedly “rustic-lodge” flair. Mother Nature is the inspiration for the house, which features tall glass windows, multi-tiered decks and a second story back porch overlooking a babbling brook.
The new state of the art amenities include a meeting room which features a full kitchen and a lounge area with a TV and free Wi-Fi. The meeting room will be available to rent for parties. The fitness center, game room and fire pit all overlook the lake and are canopied under beautiful trees.
Central Park is located in the middle of the community with 2 pools, including a heated pool, a huge playground that features monkey bars, swings and slides. If you enjoy live music, stick around on the large grassy area for the free concerts that Newland Communities offers in the summer and winter. FishHawk Ranch also has over 21 miles of walking and biking trails. A dog park will also be available for residents to enjoy.
