Come See Us During the 2014 Parade of Homes

The Volusia Building Industry Association’s 2014 Parade of Homes officially starts tomorrow, but we wanted to give our readers a sneak-peek at ICI’s 6 parade entries this year.

In the past we’ve won countless Parade of Homes awards, and with the line-up we’ve entered this year, it should be another banner year.

The parade officially runs March 22 through March 30, and during that time our homes will be open Monday through Saturday 10-5 p.m. and Sunday 12-5 p.m.

According to Wikipedia, The Parade of Homes tradition was started by the Salt Lake Home Builders Association when they held their first parade in 1946.

Parade Route

Here’s where you’ll find ICI’s parade entries this year. For your parading pleasure, we’ve listed the stops from North to South so you could start your tour in Plantation Bay in Ormond and finish up in Port Orange at Waters Edge, or vice versa.

Plantation Bay

We actually have three Plantation Bay homes entered in this year’s parade.

The first one is the “Bellevue” located at 625 Woodbridge Dr. [Map it]

The Bellevue is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, and has approximately 3,120 sq. ft.

Next up is the “Blossom II” located at 1040 Kilkenny Lane. [Map it]

The Blossom II is a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse with a loft.

Rounding out our parade entries in Plantation Bay is the “Hernando” located at 670 Elk River Dr.

The Hernando has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and approximately 2,335 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

The “Pimlico” is located at 31 River Chase Way in Breakaway Trails. [Map it]

The Pimlico is an updated and expanded version of our popular Preakness and Poinsianna floorplans and features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and about 3,679 square feet.

Chelsea Place

Just down the road from Breakaway Trails in our Chelsea Place community you’ll see another Hernando, located at 353 Chelsea Place Ave. [Map it]

Again, the Hernando has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2,335 square feet.

Waters Edge

And finally in Port Orange at Waters Edge we’ve got the Hillsborough located at 6836 Stone Heath Lane. [Map it]

The two-story Hillsborough has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, and 2,976 square feet.
