ICI Homes showcased just four model homes in this year’s Volusia County Parade of Homes and all four earned top awards from Parade judges.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said she was delighted at the news.
The honors included three silver awards and one bronze award.
The Westminster model at Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach won the Bronze award in the $250,000 to $270,000 price range. The one story four bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home with 2,436 square feet of living space features formal living and dining areas with an oversized family room that opens wide to a family gourmet kitchen.
The Charlotte model home at Breakaway Trails in Ormond Beach won the silver award in the $240,000 to $250,000 price range. The three bedroom, two-bath Charlotte model home with 1,843 square feet of living space offers a big open great room plan with vaulted ceilings, a formal dining area, open galley kitchen and informal eating area overlooking the backyard.
The Hillsborough model home at Waters Edge in Port Orange won a silver award in the $270,000 to $300,000 price range. The two-story, four bedroom home offers an enormous parents suite with large bedroom, sitting area and luxurious bath, and three additional bedrooms upstairs with casual space nestled in the middle and formal living and dining rooms downstairs that flow into a huge family room and kitchen area.
the Wakulla at Chelsea Place in Ormond Beach won the Silver Award in the $300,000 to $350,000 price range. The 2,750 square foot Wakulla model home offers four bedrooms and three baths with a flex space for an office or study, a wrap around kitchen, large walk-in pantry and a huge gathering room.
