Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said the community developer and builder will send a team to participate in the shows in January, February and March.

“ICI Homes is a widely recognized brand among northeastern residents who are planning their retirement,” Messina said. “We participate in retirement expositions each year to meet new friends and say hello to old friends, many of whom already own homes in ICI communities in Florida,” Messina said.

The biggest reason for attending the trade shows is new home sales.

“The trade shows and expos are a terrific way to expose people to the sort of lifestyle opportunities available at ICI communities in Florida,” Messina explained.
