Hosseini’s company ICI Homes on Saturday will hold a grand opening for the first model homes in his newest development, a community in Port Orange called Woodhaven.
The gated community will be located along the west side of Interstate 95 and north side of Pioneer Trail. It will cover more than 1,000 acres and upon full buildout have as many as 1,338 homes and apartment units as well as a grocery store-anchored, 650,000-square-foot “village center” that will include commercial offices in addition to restaurants, shops, banks and drug stores. The first residents are expected to move in by the end of the year.
